New Project Management Seminars Help Managers Communicate and Perform Better
Phoenix, AZ – EdgePoint Learning today announced three new Project Management seminars developed as an authorized education provider of The Project Management Institute. The three offerings are each designed to help teams deliver projects on time and within budget consistently with tips and proven strategies that improve your project managers’ communication, cross functional team management and overall effectiveness.

The workshops are offered in one and two day formats. Classes include Successful Project Management, Project Communications Essentials and The PMP Exam Cram to help students prepare for the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) prestigious Project Management Professional Certification.
Successful Project Management is a one-day course that empowers managers with the best practices of project human resource management based on the Project Management Institute’s, Project Management Body of Knowledge or PMBOK.
Project Communication Essentials is a one-day course that significantly upgrades the communication effectiveness of project team leaders. This training helps project managers set better expectations, motivate teams, set ground rules, manage change and performance, and keep projects on track.
PMP Exam Cram is an intensive two full days of study designed to help project managers achieve the PMP certification. The course provides the tools project managers need to prepare for the exam with sample questions, scenarios and in-depth exam taking tips. Students leave the training with a better understanding of how to prepare and what to expect on exam day—greatly increasing their probability for success.
All of the training offerings can be delivered on-site at a customer’s facility. The courses can also be customized using an organization’s unique terminology or implemented as an out-of-the-box overview on best practices for project management.
